THAT, pursuant to Section 239(4) of the Municipal Act , 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, notice is hereby given that Council intends to hold a closed session meeting at 4:13 p.m. to deal with Item 6.2.1. as described on the agenda, being matters pursuant to Section 239(2) ((e) Litigation or Potential Litigation) of the said Act.

THAT Council rise from closed session at 4:32 p.m. and reconvene in open session and report.

THAT the Legal File Briefing Updates from the Chief Administrative Officer be received as information.

THAT Bylaw 2025.69, being a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Special Council Meeting re Ongoing File Updates and Aggregate Education held on the 27th day of November, 2025, be considered read a first, second, and third time, and finally passed.
