That the agenda dated November 25th, 2024 be adopted as presented.

THAT we enter into Closed Session at 9:32 a.m. to discuss a litigation matter, land acquisition or disposition matter and a solicitor client privilege matter in accordance with Section 239(2)(c)(e)(f) of the Municipal Act, 2001.

THAT we rise and report from Closed Session at 10:09 a.m.; AND THAT we discussed a litigation matter, land acquisition or disposition matter and a solicitor client privilege matter in accordance with Section 239(2)(c)(e)(f) of the Municipal Act, 2001.

THAT we receive the verbal update regarding the property matter as information. AND THAT staff proceed as directed.

THAT we receive the verbal Shorewall Litigation Matter Update as information.

THAT we receive the Procedure Bylaw update as information; Special Council Minutes November 25, 2024 Page 2 of 11 AND THAT the Procedure Bylaw be forwarded to the next Council meeting for approval.

THAT we receive the 2025 Final Budget Presentation as information.

THAT Bill Nos. 2024.57, 2024.58, 2024.59, 2024.60, 2024.61, and 2024.62 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as Bylaws.

THAT we now adjourn at 10:21 p.m. until December 9, 2024 immediately following Committee of the Whole.
