THAT the Council Agenda dated May 26th, 2025, be adopted as presented.

THAT the Council meeting minutes dated May 12th, 2025 be adopted as presented.

THAT Report AD-11-25 be received; AND THAT Council approve the submission of the proposed delegation topics for the 2025 Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) Conference; AND THAT the topics submitted shall include the following: - Ice Storm 2025 Emergency Relief Funding - Health and Safety Water Stream Grant Opportunity - Ministry of Energy Natural Gas Phase 3 Funding Criteria AND THAT staff be directed to submit delegation requests prior to the AMO deadline of May 30, 2025.

THAT report BP-19-25 be received; AND THAT we contract with DM Wills Associates for planning services for the Township beginning on May 27 th , 2025; AND THAT the successful bidders be so advised.

THAT Report BP-18-25 titled “Recommendation Report: Township of Ramara Official Plan 2025” be received; AND THAT the Township of Ramara Official Plan 2025 be forwarded to the June 2, 2025 Council meeting for adoption.

THAT Report BP-17-25 titled “Recommendation Report: Part Lot Control Exemption, Lot 4 Plan 51M-451 (99 Simcoe Road)" be received; AND THAT the draft Part Lot Control Exemption By-law be forwarded to the June 2, 2025 Council meeting to be enacted.

THAT Report ID-18-25 be received; AND THAT staff recommend the Township enter into a contract with K.J Excavating Inc. in the amount of $2,316,689 including non-recoverable H.S.T. to install a low pressure sanitary sewer on Maple Trail, Lone Birch Trail, Ridge Avenue, and Simcoe Road; AND THAT Tatham Engineering provide construction administration in the amount of $210,000; AND THAT a fifteen (15) percent contingency allowance in the amount of $372,993 be approved for miscellaneous unforeseen expenditures; AND THAT property owners receiving this upgrade to the collection system, be required to pay their appropriate share of the project costs; AND THAT property owners must connect within a 3-year period from substantial completion of the project; AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the contract agreement on behalf of the Township.

THAT the deputation by Yashin and Yashar Rahnavard representing 1963271 Ontario Inc. regarding a request for a site specific exemption for 1207 Black Beach Lane for Short Term Rental Accommodations be received as information.

THAT Bylaw 2025.34, a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on the 26th day of May 2025, be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed.
