THAT the Council Agenda dated May 12th, 2025 be adopted as presented.

THAT the Council meeting minutes dated April 28th, 2025 be adopted as presented.

THAT the Ramara Public Library Quarterly Report - Presented by Elise Schofield, Library CEO, be received as information.

THAT Report RD-01-25 regarding the 2025 Brechin Outdoor Market insurance and rental fees be received; AND THAT the rental fees for the 2025 Brechin Outdoor Market be waived; AND THAT it be required for the Brechin Outdoor Market to obtain liability insurance; AND THAT we provide a grant upwards to an amount of $1000 to enable insurance be obtained by the Brechin Outdoor Market. AND THAT we waive the request for liability insurance until June 1st.

THAT the recommendations of the Committee of the Whole be

THAT Report RD-01-25 from the May 12th Committee of a Whole session regarding the 2025 Brechin Outdoor Market insurance and rental fees, be adopted as amended.

THAT Committee of the Whole report dated April 28, 2025 agenda Items 12.1 through 12.8 be adopted as presented with the exception of item 12.2.

THAT Report ID-15-25 be postponed to the May 26th, 2025 Council agenda.

THAT correspondence from the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) regarding the request for delegations process for the AMO 2025 Conference be received as information; AND THAT we request a delegation on Emergency Funding and the Health and Safety Water Stream Grant; AND THAT staff prepare a report regarding possible delegations for the AMO 2025 Conference, to be brought forward to the May 26, 2025, Committee of the Whole meeting including potential delegations to Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Environment; AND THAT the following member(s) of Council be registered to attend the AMO 2025 Conference with expenses, taking place from August 17 to 20, 2025:  Councillor Tuju, Councillor Fisher, Deputy Mayor Bell, Councillor Gough and Councillor Bell

THAT Bill No. 2025.21 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as a bylaw.

THAT Bill No. 2025.22 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as a bylaw.

THAT Bill Nos. 2025.23 and 2025.24 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as bylaws.

THAT Bylaw 2025.33, a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on the 12th day of May 2025, be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed.
