THAT Council goes into Closed Session at 5:05 p.m. to discuss a matter in accordance with Section 239(2)(b)(f) of the Municipal Act.

THAT Council Rise and Report from Closed Session at 5:55 p.m.

THAT the Regular Council Closed Session minutes dated January 27th, 2025 be adopted as presented.

THAT the Special Committee of the Whole Section "A" Closed Session Minutes February 19, 2025 be adopted as presented. Ayes: Basil Clarke, Keith Bell, David Snutch, Jennifer Fisher, Dana Tuju, and Joe Gough Nays: Sherri Bell

THAT the Special Committee of the Whole Section "B" Closed Session Minutes February 19, 2025 be adopted as presented.

THAT we appoint David Funnell to the Ramara Trails Committee.

THAT we appoint Janet Banfield to the Rooted in Ramara Committee.

THAT we receive the application for appointment to the Atherley Community Centre Board; AND THAT staff proceed as directed.

THAT we file the Notice of Withdrawl of the appeal pertaining to Bertrand vs Township of Ramara; AND THAT we take out the Order.

THAT we receive the correspondence from Lagoon City Parks and Waterways regarding the decision concerning Bertrand vs Township of Ramara.

THAT the Council Agenda dated February 24th, 2025 and any additions thereto be adopted as amended.

THAT the Council meeting minutes dated January 27th, 2025 be adopted as presented.

THAT we receive and waive fees for the Ramara Chamber of Commerce for the Job Fair event.

THAT we receive the Metis Nation of Ontario Correspondence dated February 3rd, 2025.

THAT we adopt the recommendations of items 7.3 ando 7.4 of the consent agenda dated February 24th, 2024.

THAT we adopt "Section A" of Committee of the Whole Report 2/25 dated February 10th, 2025 as presented.

THAT Section "B" of Committee of the Whole Report 02/25 dated February 10, 2025 be amended to include Southview Dr. and Barnstable Bay Rd. to the resident parking permit required area; AND THAT we include Lakeshore Ave. from Simcoe Rd. to Maple Trail to the Honk paid parking area effective January 1 - March 31 of each year.

THAT we adopt "Section B" of Committee of the Whole Report 2/25 dated February 10th, 2025 as amended.

THAT we adopt Section "B" of Special Committee of the Whole report 3/25 dated February 19th, 2025 as presented.

THAT staff register Councillor Snutch for the Ontario Small Urban Municipalities Conference.

THAT Council renew the contract for shared building services with Chippewas of Rama First Nation. AND THAT staff be delegated the authority to renew the contract in the future as deemed appropriate.

THAT Report AD-05-25 be received as information.

THAT we receive the County Council Highlights dated February 11th, 2025 as information.

THAT Bill Nos. 2025.09 and 2025.10 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as bylaws.

THAT Bill No. 2025.11 be read a first and second time

THAT Bylaw 2025.14, a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on the 24th day of February 2025, be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed.
