THAT the Special Council meeting minutes dated November 25th, 2024 be adopted as presented.

THAT the Special Council meeting minutes of December 9, 2024 be adopted as presented.

THAT the petition to reduce the speed on Muley Point Road be received and supported.

THAT we receive the Muley Point Road Petition as information. AND THAT the speed reports discussed by the Director of Infrastructure form part of the minutes.

THAT we adopt the recommendations of the consent agenda dated December 9th, 2024 with the exception of items 9.6, 9.7 and 9.8.

THAT we endorse agenda item 9.6 being a motion from the Town of Innisfil to appeal the County of Simcoe Pay Increase. Ayes: David Snutch and Sherri Bell Nays: Basil Clarke, Keith Bell, Dana Tuju, and Joe Gough

THAT we receive consent agenda Item 9.6 for information.

THAT we adopt Committee of the Whole Report 12/24 dated December 9th, 2024 as presented.

That we receive the Ramara Trails Committee minutes dated October 16th, 2024 as information.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment approved meeting minutes dated October 1st, 2024 be received as information.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment draft meeting minutes dated November 5th, 2024 be received as information.

THAT we receive the Lagoon City Parks and Waterways Commission Meeting Minutes dated September 12, 2024 as information.

THAT we receive the Special Lagoon City Parks and Waterways Commission Meeting Minutes dated September 24, 2024 as information.

THAT we receive the Economic Development minutes dated September 18th, 2024 as information.

That we receive the County Council Highlights dated November 12, 2024 as information.

THAT a staff report be drafted regarding public engagement.

THAT Bill Nos. 2024.63, 2024.64, 2024.65, 2024.67, 2024.68 and 2024.69 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as bylaws.

THAT Bylaw 2024.66 be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed as bylaw.

THAT we enter into Closed Session at 1:02 p.m. to discuss personal matters, in accordance with Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001.

THAT we rise and report from Closed Session at 1:35 p.m.; AND THAT we discussed a personal matter, legal matter and litigation matter in accordance with Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001.

THAT we receive the resignation letter from the Rooted in Ramara Committee Member Geraldine Crawshaw; AND THAT we thank her for her years of service; AND THAT we direct staff to advertise for the Rooted in Ramara Committee position.

THAT we appoint Bob Meddings and Alan Michael O'Brien to the Ramara Trails Committee.

THAT we appoint Alan Michael O'Brien to the Ramara Economic Development Committee.

THAT Special Council Closed Session meeting minutes dated November 25, 2024 be adopted as presented.

THAT Bylaw 2024.93, a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on the 9th day of December 2024, be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed.
