THAT the Lagoon City Parks and Waterways Minutes dates September 12th, 2024 be received as information.

THAT we receive Report ID-53-24 as information; AND THAT staff apply for the Housing-Enabling Water Systems Fund (HEWSF) for the Lagoon City Sewage Treatment Plant upgrades to support growth for potential developments in the Brechin and Lagoon City Area.

THAT we permit the Parents of Uptergrove Public School to host the Makers Market Fundraiser at the Ramara Community Centre rent free.

THAT we receive the County of Simcoe Council Highlights of October 11, 2024, as information

THAT Bill No. 2024.32 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as a Bylaw.

THAT Bill No. 2024.55 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as a Bylaw.

THAT Bylaw 2024.74, a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on the 21st day of October 2024, be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed.
