THAT the Committee of the Whole Closed Session minutes dated September 11, 2024 be received for information.

THAT the Council Agenda dated September 23, 2024 be adopted as presented.

THAT the Council meeting minutes dated August 26, 2024 be adopted as presented.

THAT we adopt the recommendations of items 10.1 to 10.6 of the consent agenda dated September 23rd, 2024.

THAT we adopt Committee of the Whole Report 09/24 dated September 11, 2024 as presented.

THAT the Lagoon City Parks and Waterways Commission Minutes dated August 8, 2024 be received for information.

THAT the Appeal Tribunal minutes dated April 30, 2024 be received for information.

THAT the Ramara Trails Committee minutes dated July 17, 2024 be received for information.

THAT the Economic Development Committee minutes dated April 11, 2024 be received for information.

THAT the Economic Development Committee minutes dated July 4, 2024 be received for information.

THAT the Atherley Community Centre Board minutes dated June 20th, 2024 be received for information.

THAT the Library Board minutes dated June 20th, 2024 be received for information.

That we receive Report BP-42-24 regarding the Environmental Registry of Ontario Proposal for LCP Quarry Limited for a licence under the Aggregate Resources Act to operate a quarry below the water table being ERO Number 019-8945; AND THAT we direct staff to submit the attached comments on behalf of Council.

THAT Council receive the County Council update dated September 10, 2024 as information.

THAT Bill Nos. 2024.51, 2024.52, 2024.53 and 2024.54 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as bylaws.

THAT Bylaw 2024.70, a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on the 23rd day of September 2024, be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed.

THAT we now adjourn at 5:31 p.m. until October 21st, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
