THAT the Special Council Meeting Minutes dated August 12, 2024 be adopted as presented.

THAT Report BP-34-24 be received; AND THAT the building fees bylaw be presented for Council consideration at the September 23, 2024, Council meeting.

THAT we receive a presentation from the Ramara Historical Society for the 2025 Yesteryears Event. AND THAT we approve in principle the financial request of the Ramara and will be forwarded to 2025 budget deliberations.

THAT Council adopt the recommendations of items 9.1 to 9.3 as set out in the Consent Agenda, dated August 26, 2024.

THAT Lagoon City Parks and Waterways Commission meeting minutes dated July 11, 2024 be received for information.

That Council receives the Committee of Adjustment July 9, 2024 Approved Meeting Minutes for information.

THAT we adopt Committee of the Whole Report 08/24 Section "A" dated August 26, 2024 as presented.

THAT Report ID-49-24 be received; AND THAT we approve the required repairs to the grader; AND THAT the grader be replace as soon as possible.

THAT Council receive the County Council update dated August 13, 2024 as information.

THAT staff draft a letter to the County of Simcoe and a copy be sent to Severn Township.

THAT we discuss a proposed bylaw that addresses roadside maintenance contracts and standard of maintenance on boulevards at the next Committee of the Whole.

THAT Bill Nos. 2024.47, 2024.48, 2024.49, and 2024.50 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as Bylaws.

THAT Council goes into Closed Session at 2:46 p.m. to discuss personal matters about identifiable individuals, labour relations matters, the proposed disposition of land, a potential litigation matter and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose in accordance with Section 239(2)(b)(c)(d)(e) and (f) of the Municipal Act, 2001.

THAT we rise and report from Closed Session at 5:42 p.m.

THAT Bylaw 2024.64, a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on the 26 day of August 2024, be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed.

THAT we now adjourn at 5:50 p.m. until September 23rd, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
