THAT Council rise and report at 9:47 pm. AND THAT Council discussed a personal matter and a negotiation matter in accordance with section 239(2)(b)(d) of the Municipal Act.

THAT we receive the oral presentation by Interim CAO Dunn regarding the CAO and Criteria Action Plan; AND THAT we endorse the staffing allocation as endorsed in the presentation; AND THAT we authorize the salary for the CAO position to be included in the competition process; Regular Council Minutes July 22, 2024 Page 10 of 12 AND THAT Interim CAO Dunn report back to the August 26th Council meeting in closed session regarding further staffing updates regarding personnel matters.
