THAT Council rise and report from closed session at 6:48 p.m.

THAT Council receive report AD-07-24; AND THAT Ian Brown be appointed as the Township of Ramara's community representative to the Couchiching OPP Detachment Board for a term commencing on April 1, 2024 and expiring on November 14, 2026; AND THAT Councillor Snutch be appointed as the Township of Ramara's community representative to the Couchiching OPP Detachment Board for a term commencing on April 1, 2024 and expiring on November 14, 2026.

THAT the closed session minutes dated February 26, 2024 be adopted as presented.

That we receive report CD-08-24 as information.

THAT the Council Agenda dated March 25, 2024 be adopted as amended to consider the Simcoe Muskoka Health Unit Letter and Bylaw 2024.13, to delegate certain powers and duties, as a separate agenda item.

THAT the Council meeting minutes dated February 26, 2024 be adopted as presented.

THAT the Special Council meeting minutes dated March 4, 2024 be approved as presented.

THAT we receive the deputation from Food Cycle Science as presented; AND THAT staff prepare a report.

THAT we receive the deputation from Invasive Species Centre as presented.

THAT items 9.2 to 9.5 of the consent agenda dated March 25, 2024 be received as information.

THAT we receive and support the SMDHU letter regarding Income-based policy interventions to effectively reduce household food insecurity.

THAT we adopt Committee of the Whole Report 03/24 dated March 11, 2024 as presented.

THAT the Property Standards Committee draft minutes dated March 12, 2024 be received as information.

THAT the Lagoon City Parks & Waterways Commission minutes dated January 11, 2024 be received as information.

THAT the Longford Community Centre Board minutes dated January 24, 2024 be received as information.

THAT Council endorses and supports the correspondence dated March 11th, from the Western Ontario Wardens Caucus regarding the Keeping Energy Costs Down Act , 2024 an Act to maintain energy affordability and access; AND THAT staff, Mayor Clarke and Councillor Fisher attend the committee hearing on April 8th to provide comment.

THAT the County Council highlights dated March 12, 2024 be received as information.
