THAT the Integrity Commissioner Report regarding Code of Conduct Complaint dated December 27, 2023 be received as information.

THAT items 8.1 and 8.2 of the consent agenda dated February 26, 2024 be received as information.

THAT item 4.1 "Water and Wastewater Rate Review" be pulled from Section "A" and form Section "B" of the Committee of the Whole report 02/24, dated February 26, 2024; AND THAT Section "B" be adopted as amended.

THAT Council enter closed session at 2:51 p.m. to discuss a proposed acquisition of land and personal matters in accordance with s. 239(2)(b) and(c) of the Municipal Act.

THAT Council rise and report from closed session at 3:05 p.m.

THAT the Committee of the Whole closed session minutes dated January 15, 2024 be approved as presented.

THAT the Closed Session Council minutes dated January 29, 2024 be approved as presented.

THAT the Special Committee of the Whole closed session minutes dated February 5, 2024 be approved as presented.

THAT Geraldine Crawshaw be appointed to the Rooted in Ramara Committee for the remainder of the 2022-2026 term.

THAT Christine Sharpe be appointed to the Rooted in Ramara Committee for the remainder of the 2022-2026 term.

THAT Report ID-08-24 be received; AND THAT staff proceed as directed by Council

THAT Bill Nos. 2024.05, 2024.06 and 2024.08 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as bylaws.
