THAT the Council Agenda dated December 11, 2023 and any Additions thereto be adopted as presented.

THAT the Council meeting minutes dated November 27, 2023 be adopted as presented.

THAT the presentation by Leo Liao regarding the Good Doctors be received as information.

THAT the deputation by Claire Malcomson, Rescue Lake Simcoe be received as information.

THAT we receive the presentation by Don Goodyear of the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority information.

THAT Council adopt the recommendations of Items 9.1 to 9.4 as set out in the Consent Agenda, dated December 11, 2023, and any additions thereto.

THAT we adopt Committee of the Whole Report 14/23 dated December 11, 2023 as presented.

THAT the Joint Health & Safety Committee minutes of meeting held September 21, 2023 and December 6, 2023 be received as information.

THAT we accept the resignation of Gary Hetherington as Ward 4 Councillor; AND THAT we declare the Ward 4 office as vacant; AND THAT staff prepare a staff report on filling the vacancy to be considered at the January 15, 2024 Committee of the Whole meeting.

THAT staff prepare a report regarding football and baseball leagues.

THAT Bill Nos. 2023.68 and 2023.69 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as bylaws.

THAT Bill No. 2023.70 (Staff Salaries) be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as a bylaw.

THAT Bill No. 2023.71 (Firefighter Salaries) be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as a bylaw.

THAT we go into closed session at 1:10 p.m. to discuss negotiation matters, security of property and a personal matter in accordance with Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act.

THAT we Rise and Report from closed session at 1:45 pm

THAT we receive the draft Global Traffic Agreement in accordance with Section 239(2)(k) of the Municipal Act. AND THAT staff proceed as directed.

THAT Report CD-31-23 be received; AND THAT staff proceed as directed.

THAT Council discussed a closed session property matter regarding Donald Carrick Lane, in accordance with Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act. AND THAT staff proceed as directed

THAT the CAO's performance evaluation sign-off be received as information.

THAT Bylaw 2023.88, a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on the 11th day of December 2023, be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed.

THAT we now adjourn at 1:47 p.m. until January 29, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
