THAT we adopt the Closed Session Council meeting minutes dated February 22, 2021, as presented.

THAT we adopt the Closed Session Committee of the Whole minutes dated March 1st, 2021 as presented.

THAT the Council Agenda dated March 8, 2021 and any Additions thereto be adopted as presented.

THAT the Council meeting minutes dated February 22, 2021 be adopted as presented.

THAT we receive the deputation by Katrina Steeves regarding the Orillia Rama Regional Airport.

THAT we receive the deputation by Bob Bowles regarding the Orillia Rama Regional Airport.

THAT we adopt the recommendations of Items 9.1 to 9.16 as set out in the Consent Agenda dated March 8, 2021 and any additions thereto, with the exception of Item 9.10.

THAT we support the Norfolk County correspondence dated February 23,2021 regarding Application of Carbon Tax on Primary Agriculture Producers.

THAT CW.57.21 of Committee of the Whole report 03/21 become Section "C" and that all other aspect of the report remain the same. (Ramara Trails)

THAT we adopt Committee of the Whole Report 03/21 Section "A" dated March 1, 2021 as amended.

THAT Section "B" of Committee of the Whole Report 03/21 dated March 1, 2021 be deferred.

THAT Section "C" of Committee of the Whole Report 03/21 dated march 1, 2021 be amended to include "on Sideroad 15" to the resolution.

THAT the Trails Committee proceed with the development of trails in the northern area of the Township from Rama Road to Fairgrounds Road.

THAT we approve a fill permit upon submission of an application to the Township of Ramara from the Orillia Rama Regional Airport.

THAT Bill No. 2021.13 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as a bylaw.

THAT Bylaw 2021.17, a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on the 8th day of March 2021, be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed.

THAT we now adjourn at 8:20 p.m. until March 22nd, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
