THAT we go into Closed Session at 6:47 p.m. to discuss a personal matter and an update on a potential litigation matter in accordance with Section 239(2)(b),(f) of the Municipal Act.

THAT we Rise and Report from Closed Session at 6:55 p.m.

THAT we adopt the Closed Session Council meeting minutes dated February 8, 2021, as presented.

THAT we appoint Ian Brown to the committee of Adjustment for the balance of the term ending November 14, 2022.

THAT the Council Agenda dated February 22, 2021 and any Additions thereto be adopted as presented.

THAT the Council meeting minutes dated February 8, 2021 be adopted as presented.

THAT we receive the presentation by Strategy Corp regarding the Interim Ward Boundary Review as information.

THAT we receive the presentation by Josh Morgan, Morgan Planning & Development Inc. regarding the Orillia Lake St. John Airport as information. AND THAT staff prepare a report.

THAT we adopt the recommendations of Items 9.1 to 9.14 as set out in the Consent Agenda dated February 22, 2021.

THAT we receive the Lagoon City Parks & Waterways draft minutes dated February 11, 2021 as information.

THAT we receive the Trails Committee meeting minutes dated January 28, 2021 as information.

THAT Council receive report AD-07-21. AND THAT Council directs staff to apply for a grant opportunity from the Federation of Canadian Municipalities’ Municipal Asset Management Program for Asset Management Program and Data Enhancements in Ramara. AND THAT the Township of Ramara commits to conducting the following activities in its proposed project submitted to the Federation of Canadian Municipalities’ Municipal Asset Management Program to advance our asset management program: • Lifecycle Modeling and Levels of Service Framework Development • Data Improvements • Asset Management Training AND THAT the Township of Ramara commits $12,500.00 from its budget toward the costs of this initiative.

THAT we receive the request for the Exemption to the Firearm Bylaw regarding 4174 County Road 47. AND THAT the request be denied.

THAT we request CN to inspect the rail tracks on County Rd 47 and address any maintenance and safety concerns.

THAT staff prepare a report regarding rate of sewer charges.

THAT Bill Nos. 2021.11 and 2021.12 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as bylaws.

THAT Bylaw 2021.15, a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on the 22 day of February, 2021, be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed.

THAT we now adjourn at 8:35 p.m. until March 8, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
