THAT the Council Agenda dated July 27, 2020 and additions thereto be adopted as presented.

THAT the Council minutes dated July 13, 2020 be adopted as presented.

THAT we adopt the recommendations of Items 9.1 to 9.5 as set out in the Consent Agenda date July 27, 2020 and any additions thereto.

THAT we adopt Committee of the Whole Report 10/20 dated July 20, 2020 as presented.

THAT we receive the Lagoon City Parks & Waterways minutes dated July 9, 2020, as information.

THAT we receive the Trails Committee minutes dated July 8, 2020, as information.

THAT we amend the Lagoon City Parks & Waterways 2020 Budget to decrease the budget for Trees/Benches/Picnic Tables by $5,000 and increase the budget for Foot Patrols by $5000 in order to accommodate additional Regular Council Minutes July 27, 2020 Page 3 of 8 beach security for summer 2020.

THAT we receive Report BP-21-20 dated July 27, 2020 regarding the Official Plan Amendment and Zoning Bylaw Amendment Process to ban gun ranges in the Township of Ramara; AND THAT we proceed with an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning Bylaw Amendment to modify the definition of "Active Recreation(al)" in both the Official Plan and Zoning Bylaw #2005.85, stipulating that a gun range/shooting range is not a permitted active recreational use.

THAT we receive Report AD-22-20 regarding New and Updated COVID-19 related Health and Safety Policies as information.

THAT we approve the Mid-Year Council/Committee Calendar for the balance of the year 2020, as presented.

THAT we receive the Ramara Strategic Mid Year Status Report AD-21-20 as information.

THAT we receive the Simcoe County Council Highlights dated July 14, 2020 as information.

THAT we request a report regarding appointing additional security guards as bylaw enforcement officers. Regular Council Minutes July 27, 2020 Page 5 of 8

THAT Bill Nos. 2020.42, 2020.44 and 2020.45 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as bylaws.

THAT Bill 2020.43 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as a bylaw.

THAT we go into Closed Session at 10:15 a.m. to discuss personal and property matters in accordance with Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act.

THAT we rise and report from Closed Session at 10:59 a.m.

THAT we adopt the Closed Session Committee of the Whole Report dated July 20, 2020 as presented.

THAT we receive the Closed Session Lagoon City Parks & Waterways minutes dated July 9, 2020 as information.

THAT we discussed a personal matter regarding OCWA staff in accordance with Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act.

THAT we receive the property information regarding Rama First Nation as information, in accordance with Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act. AND THAT staff proceed as directed.

THAT we receive the correspondence from the solicitor for Efex Inc. dated July 23, 2020 and John Ewart's response dated July 24, 2020, as information

THAT Bylaw 2020.60, a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on the 27th day of July 2020, be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed.

THAT we now adjourn at 11:05 a.m. until August 24, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
