THAT we adopt the Closed Session Council meeting minutes dated January 27, 2020, as presented.

THAT we adopt the Closed Session Committee of the Whole Report dated February 3, 2020 as presented.

THAT we receive the email correspondence from Deputy Mayor John O'Donnell dated February 6, 2020; AND THAT we grant Deputy Mayor John O'Donnell leave from Council meetings in accordance with Section 259(1)(c).

That the agenda dated February 10, 2020 and additions thereto be adopted as presented.

THAT the Council meeting minutes dated January 27, 2020 be adopted as presented.

THAT we receive the presentation by Hemson Consulting and the comments at the public meeting regarding the Development Charges Study; AND THAT the Development Charges bylaw be presented for Council consideration on March 23, 2020

THAT we adopt the recommendations of Items 9.1 to 9.14 as set out in the Consent Agenda dated February 10, 2020 and any additions thereto, with the exception of Items 9.13

THAT we enter a team into the Warden's Fun Spiel.

THAT motion CW.04.20 of Committee of the Whole Report 01/20 dated February 3, 2020 become Section "B" and the remainder of the Report become Section "A".

THAT Section "A" of Committee of the Whole Report 01/29 dated February 3, 2020 be adopted as presented.

THAT Section "B" of Committee of the Whole Report 01/20 dated February 3, 2020 be adopted as presented.

THAT we adopt the updated Terms of Reference for the Joint Health & Safety Committee.

THAT report ADM-05-20 be received; AND THAT we accept the tender from Xplornet and enter into negotiations to provide rural broadband services to the Township of Ramara with a shared cost.

THAT Bills 2020.12 and 2020.14 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as bylaws.

THAT Bill 2020.13 (Shorewall Bylaw) be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as a bylaw.

THAT Bylaw 2020.17, a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on the 10th day of February 2020, be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed.

THAT we now adjourn at 7:51 p.m. until March 2, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
