THAT the agenda and additions thereto dated June 24, 2019 be adopted.

THAT the Council Meeting minutes dated May 27, 2019 be adopted as presented.

THAT we receive the deputation by Mario Veltri regarding Draft Plan Approval RA-T-08-01. AND THAT staff prepare a report for the July 15, 2019 Committee of the Whole meeting.

THAT we receive the deputation by Robert Daniel regarding a request for culvert extension. AND THAT staff prepare a report.

THAT we receive the deputation by Steve Goulter regarding drainage in Bayshore Village. AND THAT staff prepare a report

THAT we adopt the recommendations of Items 8.1 to 8.20 as set out on the Consent Agenda and Additions thereto dated May 27, 2019, with the exception of Items 8.3(e), 8.6, 8.7, 8.10, 8.11 and 8.12.

THAT we request delegations at the 2019 AMO Conference as follows: • Hon. Steve Clark, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing regarding Green Space in the Township of Ramara Official Plan; • Hon. Doug Downey, Minister of Finance regarding partnerships with First Nation; • Hon. Caroline Mulroney, Minister of Transportation regarding Highway 404 coming through Ramara Township.

THAT we receive the correspondence from the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority dated May 29, 2019 regarding the 2019 Budget and Municipal Levies. AND THAT we pay the General Levy for 2019 in the amount of $39,240.00.

THAT we receive the County of Simcoe correspondence dated May 30, 2019 regarding Bill 108, More Homes, More Choices Act. AND THAT we support the comments submitted by the County of Simcoe.

THAT we receive and support the motion from the Town of Grimsby regarding opposition to Bill 108.

THAT we receive the Town of Grimsby correspondence regarding opposition to Bill 108 as information.

THAT we receive the email correspondence from the Brechin Community Centre Board regarding recycling initiative. AND THAT we support the purchase of Goby the recycling Fish receptacle by the Brechin Community Centre Board on a one year trial basis.

THAT we receive the email from the Brechin Community Centre Board dated June 14, 2019 regarding Park Signage. AND THAT we approve the new signage utilizing the Township's logo.

THAT motion CW.255.19 of Committee of the Whole Report 16/19 dated June 3, 2019 become Section 'B' (Fire Marque) and the remainder of the report become Section 'A'.

THAT we adopt Section 'A' of the Committee of the Whole Report 16/19 dated June 3, 2019, as amended.

THAT Section 'B' (Fire Marque) of Committee of the Whole Report 16/19 dated June 3, 2019 be deferred to Closed Session.

THAT staff prepare a report regarding the expansion of the Mosquito Spray Program.
