THAT we went into Closed Session at 6:01 p.m. to discuss personal, property, labour relations and strategic planning matters.

THAT we came out of Closed Session at 6:24 p.m.

THAT we adopt the Closed Session Committee of the Whole Report dated May 13, 2019 as presented.

THAT we adopt the Closed Session Council Minutes dated May 13, 2019 as presented.

THAT We receive Report TR-14-19 dated May 27, 2019; AND THAT we authorize the Treasurer to enter into an agreement with the property owner to transfer property know as roll number 4348 010 006 37610 0000, 4750 Muley Point Road into the Township's name; AND THAT we authorize the Township lawyer carry out the transfer; AND THAT we authorize the Treasurer to write off taxes in the amount of $1,940.28 and pay the legal costs for the transfer as payment in full for the property.

THAT Report TR 15-19, dated May 27, 2019 regarding Union Collective Agreement negotiations, be received; AND THAT we approve all changes negotiated and staff proceed to ratification.

THAT Report TR 16-19, dated May 27, 2019 regarding Strategic Planning Matters, be received for information.

THAT report WD-27-2019 be received; and, AND THAT Council authorize staff to negotiate the purchase of approximately 0.06 hectares of land from 4851 Sideroad 25 for continued use as a road.

That the agenda dated May 27, 2019 and additions thereto be adopted.

THAT the Council minutes dated May 13, 2019 be adopted as presented.

THAT the Public Meeting minutes dated May 13, 2019, be adopted as presented (Byers File Z-1/19).

THAT the Special Council Minutes dated May 22, 2019 be adopted as presented (Bayview Drive Water Main Extension).

THAT we receive the petition from Debra Grose regarding the discontinuance of winter maintenance on the private portion of Fountain Drive. AND THAT we discuss this matter at the next Committee of the Whole meeting.

THAT we adopt the recommendations of Items 9.1 to 9.14 as set out on the Consent Agenda and Additions thereto dated May 27, 2019, with the exception of Items

THAT we adopt the Special Committee of the Whole Report 15/19 as presented.

THAT we receive the Lagoon City Parks & Waterways minutes dated May 9, 2019 as information.

THAT we receive the Ramara Community Policing Committee minutes dated March 7 and April 4, 2019, as information.

THAT we receive the Brechin Community Centre Board meeting minutes dated April 9, 2019 as information.

THAT we receive the Brechin & Beyond Committee minutes dated April 12, 2019 as information.

THAT we receive the Ramara Trails Committee minutes dated April 25, 2019 as information.

THAT we receive the Atherley Community Centre Board minutes dated May 16, 2019 as information.

THAT we receive the Longford Community Centre Board minutes dated April 9, 2019 as information.

THAT we appoint Councillor Snutch to the Provincial Flood Task Force.

THAT Report TR 17-19, dated May 27, 2019 regarding Other Municipal Committee Remuneration, be received for information.

THAT we do not enter a team into the 2019 Warden's Golf Tournament.

THAT we receive the EcoVue Planning Report dated May 24, 2019 regarding Bill 108, More Homes, More Choices Act, as Information. AND THAT we request a more detailed report regarding the Conservation Authority.

THAT staff provide detailed reports regarding the following: • link to the OPP Citizen self reporting; • how many residents have registered to receive paperless billing and how many residents are registered for PAP and include methods of finding efficiencies in driving the percentages up; • how many people have registered for the e-newsletter and creating a link to register; • investigate electronic pay stubs

THAT we request the Community Policing Committee place the speed tubes along McRae Park Road in Joyland Beach.

THAT Bills 2019.39, 2019.40 and 2019.41 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed as Bylaws.

THAT Bylaw 2019.47, a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on the 27th day of May 2019, be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed.
