AND THAT property owner make a offer of a temporary housing solution for tenant to be able to vacant property and provide proof to Township of Ramara of this agreement. AND THAT extension be granted for 30 days from this date to allow for tenant to be removed and the property to be demolished. AND THAT outside of the property to brought into compliance
