THAT we facilitate a hearing for appeal file #2024-03 regarding an order issued at 1162 Monck Road; AND THAT we amend Item 10 of the Order to Comply to be that the owner shall consult with the Building Department of the Township of Ramara to either complete an application for a building permit, or obtain something in writing from the Building Department that states that a permit is not required by the deadline of March 30, 2025; AND THAT the deadline for Item 6 of the Order to Comply be changed to May 31, 2025; AND THAT the remaining orders will have an extension to August 30, 2025.
