Committee of Adjustment Minutes November 1, 2022 Page 2 of 6 THAT the Committee of Adjustment receive Report BP-65-22 dated November 1, 2022; AND THAT the Committee of Adjustment approve the existing setbacks to the dwelling as presented; AND THAT the following condition be added to the approval " The Owner will satisfy the requirements of the LSRCA and obtain a permit from LSRCA for works within the regulated area." Ayes: Margaret Sharpe, Michael Thompson, Randy Warren, and Ian Brown
